superb experience
thai specialties convenient location
the breakfast choices were broad and diverse, including thai specialties during the weekend, this provided a good start to each day. the location is convenient, with easy access to grab, the bts, and boat services heading to icon siam. i found it very practical.

The beautiful river view king offered really nice river views from the eleventh floor, even during a storm. It was especially excellent. the bathroom was also very spacious, including two sinks and a rainfall shower.

the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, attending to requests promptly and efficiently. they were very kind and always ready to assist. though the hotel was busy, the staff maintained a high level of professionalism.

The staff are very attentive. The location IS good. It features shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool is excellent. The hotel displays its age, BUT is acceptable.
the wifi access needs improvement, as the connection was spotty during PEAK hours.

my room was a beautiful river view king. the balcony provided a fine view of the river. i especially appreciated the hotel limo service given the traffic conditions. breakfast at next2 offered diverse cuisines.

river views useful boat great breakfast
I stayed in a Beautiful River View King! The views were totally awesome from my room of the river. The hotel has a boat to nearby spots, this is really useful. Breakfast was so good and had tons of options.
The rooms is a bit old.

great location easy transport good restaurant late check-in poor service missing amenities
the location is great. i enjoyed relaxing at the pool after a long travel day. public transport is very close to the hotel. it has good restaurants nearby.
i was not impressed with some services. i had a late check-in at 3.45pm, but the room wasnt ready. no welcome drink was offered to me. there was no explanation about hotel services.
